Ollie & Family | Downtown Raleigh Lifestyle Shoot

When I tell people I’m a wedding, engagement, and family/lifestyle photographer in NC they might not immediately associate that with pet-focused photos, but I mean… If there’s one thing I can absolutely understand about families it’s that oftentimes the pup is in charge, driving decisions like how big of a yard to look for or what couches to pick for the living room (See: My small horse, Georgia).

So, when Ollie’s people reached out to me for some photos of their tight family during a stressful moment when they weren’t sure how much time they had left with him, I totally got it and could not wait to frolic around Raleigh with these three.

We started at Transfer Co Food Hall, wandered over to City Market, and finally landed at the Marbles Kids Museum Color Pop Corner. Everywhere we went, his parents cuddled him hard and they all romped around and played while Ollie hammed it up for the camera. 

Important to note: Ollie is still with us and is positively thriving.
