There is just something... really, really good about botanical gardens. So when I learned that Sarah and Ryan were already planning an engagement party nearby, I was jazzed to hear that they’d be bringing their out-of-town family along with them to the Duke Gardens for some engagement photos. Might as well take advantage of a fancy night, right?

We roamed through the lush lined pathways, wandering our way into every corner of the gardens. We dodged a couple rainstorms, but something tells me even if we got poured on, Sarah and Ryan would still be beaming at each other. Look at themmm.

Eventually we made our way to the family for some shots all together. Getting to know a couple in love surrounded by giant plants is cool. Getting to know all of their people, with us all crowded into a small jungle, is just beyond.
