The cool thing about engagement photos is that they can be absolutely whatever a couple wants them to be, without any outside wedding tradition pressure from friends or family. The cool thing about Natalie and Ryan is that they took a risk on a rainy day to get their perfect autumn engagement photos…as a photographer who loves an overcast day, I was beyond jazzed they stuck it out!

We walked around Prairie Ridge Ecostation and I basically joined this cute, crazy in love (a la Bey and Jay) couple on their romantic hike. We talked about our dogs, we joked about the madness of wedding planning, and the rain stayed away so we could play under those perfect yellow trees!
