Since college I've wanted some cute little vintage apartment that makes up for a lack of space with a ton of character and age. I've always had roommates and lived in cities that were either too new or too small for something like that, though. Well... in that I'm moving to Chicago, there is definitely no shortage for culture and character in terms of housing options so in 24 hours, looking at 6 or 7 apartments, I found one! The kitchen is half the size of the closet - totally appropriate for me.
