Potato Tacos - Worth the Wait.

Last night we ordered dinner from Irazu - Costa Rican food? - for the second time in a couple weeks. The last time I had a veggie taco, I think, and some of Lynsey's chicken dinner - both were faaaaaaaaaaaantastic. Then... after a week of built-up anticipation, last night I had the Potato Tacos - "Crispy corn tortillas filled with mashed potatoes, topped with guacamole or mole sauce served with yellow rice, pinto beans and cabbage salad. " They were so good - definitely a repeat performance. So, thanks to Lynsey and Pamela for introducing them to me - consider them the beginning of the end of my diet here in Chicago.
